Cubit Party Wall Surveyors will be happy to review your project with out charge and let you know if it is covered by the Party Wall Act. We are able to offer low, fixed fees and we will always supply a quotation for each project.
Project Consultation: Free
We will review the project and assess if it is covered under the Party Wall Act.
Serve Party Structure Notices: £75
Consultation; land registry searches; serving notices.
Schedule of Condition: £525
Including an on-site survey and report provided to both parties. Drone surveys completed when required at no additional cost.
Party Wall Surveyor: £1050
Acting as Party Wall Surveyor on behalf of a single party. Consultation; land registry searches; notices; on-site inspection; schedule of condition; party wall award.
Agreed Surveyor: £1050
Acting as Party Wall Surveyor on behalf of two parties. Consultation; on-site inspection; land registry searches; notices; schedule of condition; party wall award.
